- 1 (5.3-oz.) container plain Greek style yogurt
- 3/4 cup Kashi by Kids Cocoa Crisp cereal (or your favorite whole grain cereal)
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- Artificial sweetener of choice, to taste (optional)
- Blend until smooth.
