Thin Mint Shake

Got a craving for Girl Scout cookies but don't want the guilt? Try this nutrient packed Thin Mint protein shake that will crush your cravings without packing on pounds. 

makes 1 serving -- prep time: 5 minutes -- cook time: none

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  • ¼ soft avocado
  • ½ to 1-cup milk of choice
  • ¼ teaspoon mint extract (or to taste)
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. lace all ingredients in a blender except chocolate chips. Blend until smooth. Add in the chocolate chips and pulse a few times. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
